About Transfers :

• Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.

• All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.

• In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.

• If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.

• Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.

• All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.

• The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.

• We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive. 

• As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.

• In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any confusion.

• If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.

• If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive 2 days before , after that no changes are allowed.About Hotel:

• The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so - you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis - morning & evening. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourn by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)

• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.

• A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.

• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services. 

•  In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

Nathula Pass:

• The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability. We can not give you any guarantee for nathula pass but we will try.

• Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir, except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Depar tment before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Monday. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of nonavailability of permit, the tour will only be till New Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost.

• As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-

• The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.

• In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour. 

• Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.

• Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can-t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.

• In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent-s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.

• Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.

General Information:

• Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.

• The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.

• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.

• The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.

• We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.

• The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.

• Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots / strikes / war & etc.

• Hotel Standard Check-in time is approx. 14:00 hrs & Check-out time is 10:00am or as per hotel's policy.

• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.

• All Special Requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.

• Any extra bed / breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest.

• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

• Rooms will be Non-A/C at Hill Stations.

• Room Heater at hotel in additional cost.

• Normal timing for Driver Duty is morning 1000 Hours to 1800 Hours.

• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

• The above mentioned Airfare, vehicle, hotels, rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of reservation and might change even on same day.

• Itinerary might be re-arranged as per hotel availability at the time of booking.

• AC will not work in Hill Area and Vehicles will be on Point-to-Point basis.
