15 Days Notice

Notify us 15 days prior for any date changes.

One Free Change

First reschedule is free if notified in time.

1 Year Validity

Advance payments remain valid for 1 year.

Bookings can be transferred to friends or family.

Prepone / Postpone Policy

Flexible options for your travel dates

Prepone / Postpone Notice

In case the client wishes to prepone or postpone their travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us at least 15 days prior to the journey date via e-mail or SMS.

Free Reschedule Policy

Customers can prepone or postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if notified 15 days before the travel date in writing). A second change will attract additional charges.

Third-Party Charges

Note that some service providers (like hoteliers or transporters) may still apply postpone/prepone charges, which will be deducted from your advance payment.

Availability & Pricing

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and pricing will depend on the availability of hotels, transport, and the seasonal context (peak/off-season).

Last-Minute Changes

We do not accept any plan changes within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare situations like natural calamities or strikes, we may allow rescheduling and will notify you accordingly.

Payment Validity

Your advance payment remains valid for 1 year from the date of payment for prepone/postpone scenarios.

Booking Transfer

The advance payment and invoice number are transferable. You may pass your booking to friends or relatives, provided all the above terms are met.
