Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots / strikes / war & etc.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out in hotel subject to availability or hotel policy.

Hotel Standard Check-in time is approx. 14:00 hrs & Check-out time is Approx. 10:00am. or as per hotel’s policy.

Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.

All Special Requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.

Any extra bed / breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest.

For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

Rooms will be Non-A/C at Hill Stations.

Room Heater at hotel in additional cost.

Normal timing for Driver Duty is morning 1000 Hours to 1800 Hours.

Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

The above mentioned Airfare, vehicle, hotels, rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of reservation and might change even on same day.

Itinerary might be re-arrange as per hotel availability at the time of booking.

AC will not work in Hill Area and Vehicles will be on Point-to-Point basis.

Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
