Today morning after breakfast check out from Gwalior hotel and drive for Orchha. En-route visit to Jhansi - Nestled between the Betwa and Pahunj rivers, the historic city of Jhansi is synonymous with its courageous queen, Rani Lakshmibai, who valiantly fought against the British forces during the First War of Indian Independence in 1857. Visit to Jhansi Fort, Rani Mahal Jhansi, Jhansi Govt museum. Later continue drive for Orchha - Orchha is the only place in India other than Ayodhya, where lord Rama is also the King of the town. Beguiling temples, monuments lost in history and an abundance of folklore make Orchha a jewel in the crown of the state of Madhya Pradesh. This small, pastoral town is popularly known as Raja Ram's kingdom, maybe the only place in the country where Lord Rama is revered as a beloved king and not just a god. They are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temples are famous for their nagara-style architectural symbolism and their erotic sculptures. On arrival check in into hotel. Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots / strikes / war & etc.
Hotel Standard Check-in time is approx. 14:00 hrs & Check-out time is 10:00am or as per hotel&rsquos policy.
Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
All Special Requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.
Any extra bed / breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest.
For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
Rooms will be Non-A/C at Hill Stations.
Room Heater at hotel in additional cost.
Normal timing for Driver Duty is morning 1000 Hours to 1900 Hours.
