Arrival Kozhikode - Wayanad (90 Kms / 3hrs)
Arrival at Kozhikode and drive for Wayanad - famous for its large amount of camping and trekking trails, breathtaking waterfalls, caves, bird-watching sites, flora, fauna, lovely weather and an overall plethora of magnificent sights. On arrival check into hotel. Evening visit to Pookode Lake - The lake is also home to lotuses and water lilies. The place boasts of a freshwater aquarium, a children's park and a handicrafts shop too. Pookode Lake is one of the most preferred tourist destinations in Wayanad, and a favourite among nature lovers. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

Morning after breakfast proceed for a site seeing covering Edakkal Caves - Edakkal is the only known place for stone age carvings in South India. The carvings belonging to Neolithic and Mesolithic Age include ancient stone scripts, ancient weaponry figures, symbols, figures of various animals and human beings etc. Edakkal caves are pre historic caves accessible by a soft trek. Later visit to Phantom Rock - The towering Phantom Rock and its surroundings are popular among nature lovers and photographers. The rock formation, which resembles a skull, is a unique example of nature's artistry. It is a great place to relax and reflect on the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Overnight stay at Wayanad.

Morning after breakfast visit Meenmutty falls - A 2 km jungle trek will lead to the largest and most spectacular waterfall in Wayanad. A unique feature of Meenmutty waterfalls is that the water cascades from a height of nearly 1000 ft over three stages, presenting a triple-decker effect. Later visit to Karlad lake - Set against a backdrop of a sweeping, green landscape, Karlad Lake is the second largest freshwater lake in Kerala. The lake offers a wide range of adventure activities such as boating, kayaking, ziplining, rock climbing, Nature walk and bamboo rafting. and also visit to Banasura dam - It is the largest earth dam in India and the second largest of its kind in Asia. The dam is made up of massive stacks of stones and boulders. Situated about 15 km from Kalpetta, the dam holds a large expanse of water and its picturesque beauty is enhanced by the chain of mountains seen on the backdrop. Overnight stay at Wayanad.

- Hotel Standard Check-in time is approx. 13:00 hrs & Check-out time is 10:00am or as per hotel&rsquos policy.

- All Special Requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.
- Any extra bed / breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest.
- For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
