- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in itinerary.

- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- Tiger hill depends upon availability of token, if not possible at the time of Sunrise, then it will be covered in day time.
About Hotel
- Check-in Approx. 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Check-in & check-out timings of the Hotels will be as per Hotels / Resorts Policy.
- All Special Requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.
- The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
- Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)
- Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
- A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
- For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
- Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
- In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.
- Before entering in Sikkim Travel Card need to issue which is mandatory due to Covid.
- Baba Mandir is new baba mandir.
- Permit require for Tsomgo Lake/ New Baba Mandir. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Passport / Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card/ PAN Card not acceptable for the Permit.
- Permit also require for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.
- As Innova is low chassis car and not ideal to travel Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir / Lachen & Lachung.
- Alternative in Luxury vehicle like Scorpio / Xylo will be provided.A maximum 06 tourists including children are allowed in 01 Scorpio / Xylo/ Innova with maximum luggage 5-6 medium size baggage in a vehicle. In case the number of heads traveling increases or the guests are carrying more luggage, then the guest will have to take another additional vehicle at a supplement cost or pay directly for the extra vehicle.
About Vehicle:
- Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
- Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
- In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic.
About Transfers:
- Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP rly station will be provided from 06:00hrs To 17:00hrs.
- All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
- In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
- If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
- Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
- All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.
About Transport:
- If arrival of guest is by train at NJP Railway Station, please be informed that our executive will be there to receive the guest at the New Exit Gate (Near Escalator) or arrive at Bagdogra Airport our executive will be there with the PLA – CARD at Exit Gate on the Airport.
- The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
- As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
- We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
- As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.
- In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any circumstance.
- If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
- If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive 2 days before , after that no changes are allowed.
- Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Mainly in Gangtok vehicle will not allowed to park at the hotel instead of parking stand.
- Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
- In Gangtok outside vehicle are not allowed to enter in the city. Only local taxi can roam around within Gangtok city. All outside vehicle will pick up & drop them from Deorali taxi stand. We provide local taxi for pick up & drop from hotel to taxi stand. For this reason guest have to wait sometime in the taxi stand.
- In case the guest is opting for Innova / Scorpio inform the guest to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be born by guest directly.
- Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
- Only 06 heads are allowed in 1 Innova / Scorpio / Xylo including child and 08 heads are allowed in 1 Sumo / Max including child. In case the number of travellers are increases, than the guest will have to opt for the additional vehicle with an extra cost which is directly payable by the guest on spot.

- The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability.
- Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday. Only limited permits are issued by the
- Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on
- Monday. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost
- It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph & Sikkim Travel Card. (Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not considered
- as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid.
- Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.
- As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :
- The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
- In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
- Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
- Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can’t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
- In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (4 km before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.
General Information:
- Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
- The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
- Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
- The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
- We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
- The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
North Sikkim (Lachung- Lachen)
- All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
- Guest Traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung / Lachen) requires 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
- In Lachen and Lachung most of the hotels are offering Vegetarian food Packages are available with all meals at hotel only (on the way meals if any, Guest has to pay their own).
- All guests are requested to carry minimum luggage when travelling to North Sikkim and keep the balance luggage at the hotel in Gangtok because of bad road conditions of North Sikkim especially during transshipment due to landslides & road blockages.
- Meal on Day 1 of the tour to North Sikkim would start from dinner at the booked hotel. All other meals would also be available at the booked hotel only. If the guest wants to have any meal on the way, they can do so on direct payment basis.
- Child below 10yrs and Senior Citizen is not suggestible to visit Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 Ft.) In lachen due to high Altitude and low Oxygen Level.
- Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals and not by hotel Chef.
- In maximum hotels there is no geyser in the bathroom – hot water is supplied by buckets by the hotelier.
- No room heating systems are provided in the room in maximum hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags.
- There are telephone lines but due to cable fault and weak signal, it is often out of order. Airtel, Vodafone & BSNL operates better in this area.
- Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.
- Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.
- The best season for traveling to North Sikkim is Mid February to Mid-June & Mid-September to Mid- December.
- Due to winter season (heavy snow) vehicle will be able to drive till Snow point on the way to Yumthang Valley / Gurudongmar Lake / Tsomgo Lake.
- Excursion to Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional which the guest can avail with an extra cost. Approx. cost is Rs. 4000 per vehicle.
- Standard Check-in time is 14:00hrs & Check-out is 12:00Noon or as per hotel policy.

- Itinerary might be re-arrange as per hotel availability at the time of booking.
- AC will not work in Hill Area and Vehicles will be on Point-to-Point basis.
